"Lost my bag and reject compensation"
Unbelievable bad service. Never fly with Cebu Pacific!!
When i fly from Bangkok via Manila to Tacloban, the airline lost my bag.
The engagement of the staff to get it back was 0.
2 weeks later after my return to Germany suddenly they found it.
But they reject to send my bag to my addres in Germany (because they have no flight to Germany) and they also reject any payment for compensation. First they wanted to pay and asked for my bank account, but suddenly they reject with the excuse that the customs is responsible - absolutely ridiculous.
Now since 1 week no more answer at all.

"Awful airline, zero customer service"
This is the worst experience I've ever had with an airline, and the worst customer service I've ever had from any company.
Cebu Pacific cancelled my flight with zero notification or communication (not even an email). I discovered this the day before I was due to fly. I then had to book a last minute flight to replace my original (which being last minute was twice the price of the original). I have now paid for two flights and have been unable to get any support/apology or refund from Cebu Pacific.
Attempting to talk to their customer service is an absolute nightmare - customer service is only available via online chat which keeps redirecting you to a chatbot. When you eventually get to speak to a "live agent" they type nonsense back to you (I'm not sure how to describe it, they literally type sentences/combinations of words back to you that make no sense and fail to answer any question you may have asked).

"I am frustrated"
I am frustrated, there is no contact number to call. Service is in facebook chat. The worst service of this airplane in the Philippines. Facebook customer service are rude and barely can't understood.

"WORST AIRLINE EVER"
WORST AIRLINE EVER, DONT FLY WITH THEM!
I have never flown with a worse airline in my life. They are incapable of just answering simple questions. Their website is the slowest website I have been on in my entire life. The system is so slow, it showed me error on my flight when I tried to pay it so that I booked it a second time and over 2 hours later I got a confirmation for both of the „bookings“ which the first one supposedly was an error. Then they refused to give me my money back(even though I emailed them straight away) because it was already booked and apparently „my fault“. You cannot call them so the only option is via chat, where they will give you just standard answers without really addressing your issue. I then tried to transfer it to travel fund but the person responsible for me also was not capable of doing that for me or explaining how its done, so now over 2 months and 20 Emails later they told me „sorry non refundable“, I was „too late“ and pretended like it was my fault again. I cannot put the stupidity and scamming of this company into words. Do not fly with them to avoid such bad interferences and losing a lot of money to something that was clearly NOT YOUR FAULT!

"Poor customer service"
I understand there is no free food in flight. But at least offer your guests free water or coffee. It's not all about money all the time. Very poor customer service. Also as always, delayed flight! But not even a single apology or compensation for the time you guys wasted for each passenger.

Worst airline I've ever had the misfortune of using. Lost luggage, delayed flights, terrible customer service & always a guaranteed awful experience.
"Cebu Pacific stole my money"
I booked with Cebu Pacific just before coronavirus. Unfortunately they cancelled my flight and refused to give me a refund. Instead they gave me a ‘Travel Fund’ credit that I had to use within 1 year. The world was still locked down when the expired date of my travel fund credit was due to end, therefore making it impossible to use the credit.
Cebu Pacific have refused to extend the credit and refused to refund my money for the flight they cancelled. As they are refusing to provide the product I purchased and refusing to return my money, they have basically untrustworthy thieves who stole money from me.

"Don't process approved refunds in a timely manner (or at all)"
An approved refund of a flight that kept having it's schedule changed should not take more than 2 months to process! Unacceptable and terrible customer service. All I got from customer service was please wait longer. How much longer? A more precise timeframe would be helpful but I could not even get a answer for that from them. I have contacted my bank institution and they have said it is in Cebu Pacific's hand. Who knows how long I'll be waiting, I've waited 2 months. I think it's ridiculous to wait longer than that.

"still didn't get my refund"
flight canceled by cebupacific last September 7, 2022, I asked for a refund, was told it will take 1-2 months, come November 7, 2022 still didn't get my refund. tried to get in touch with customer service, but was told to wait 2 more weeks... totally unacceptable!!!!... I have had canceled flights during this pandemic with other airlines but all of them refunded me almost instantly, whereas this company couldn't even honor their 1-2 months statement

"How Cebu Pacific scams its customers with bad practices"
Terrible. A typhoon had hit the Philippines and they had announced cancelled flights. 5J 805 was not in the list, so I went to the airport. I go to the airport and they tell me to go through check-in. Overly long line only to be told at the end of a 1 hour wait that the flight was cancelled and that I had to rebook. I rebook to a later flight that they said will fly. 5J 801 is then cancelled 2 hours before. Insurance for both flights are suddenly eaten up by the void. Refund takes 2 months to push through. Definitely will not recommend. Quite the terrible cash grab and blatant highway robbery.

"Zero stars"
Cancelled my flight twice due to an incident at our arrival airport. I decided that the next available date does not work for me but i already confirmed it. Apparently im not entitled to a refund despite the inconvenience and not to mention the additional cost of extending my hotel stay, food etc.
There is no sympathy from this company. And from now on i will never be flying with you again nor will any of my family members

"Worst experience and poor logistic"
Flew from Caticlan to Manila. The airline overbooked seats and asking us to give up one seat and move onto the next flight. Which is unacceptably crazy!
Have to take a bus to get to the plane’s departure and 3 busses were full elderly and kids have to stand!
Upon boarding one of our seats were taken coz apparently the ppl in the airport booked two ppl in same seat number.
Totally absurd!

The worst customer service ever from an airline!!!
Booked with Cebu pacific 11 of September Melbourne to manila return paid in full, went to manage my flight through Cebu pacific(seats) found my flight cancelled, no email, or text to advise. Spent over 45 minutes online trying to get to the bottom of the cancellation, nothing wait 2 months for a refund, or reroute from Sydney, no refund on the portion from Melbourne, or a ticket from Melbourne to Sydney to meet the flight, they cancelled the flight, made no effort to rectify happy to take your money and not much else, lack of integrity and overall customer service.IF I COULD GIVE LOWER THAN 1 STAR I WOULD, PASSING ON TO AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS! BUYER BEWARE!

Giving it one star for the flight experience and in-person guest attendance, but everything else is the worst.
It’s a Ph-owned company but they don’t have a hotline to call customer service in the Philippines. Charlie chatbot and its slew of live agents are total wastes of time to deal with to raise concerns. I find that the live agents don’t read their scripts at all. They blindly copy-paste responses.
